The Roam Premium leash has the highest quality 7mm 9/32" urethane, a super comfortable 2.5" Lycra bound neoprene ankle cuff, stainless steel swivels, molded cord ends and a triple locking rail saver.

1. CUFF
A soft, adjustable cuff to fit around your ankle, calf or arm on a bodyboard leash. It should use a decent amount of nylon webbing for strength, good hook and loop fastening and soft neoprene, with edging for durability.

Adjustability means it fits a range of size ankles with or without a wetsuit.
2. CORD
Made of urethane and available in thicknesses. Roam leashes use 6mm / 1/4” for lightweight surfboards and small waves up to 8mm / 5/16” for big wave surfboards and bigger surf.
3. RAIL SAVER
Without a rail saver the leash cord would slice through the rail of a light glassed surfboard under the forces of a wipeout. The rail saver spreads the load into a wide band and literally saves the rail from damage.
On Roam leashes the hook and loop fixing is triple lock as shown.
4. SWIVEL
These stop the leash from coiling and catching your feet. 2 swivel leashes have maximum effect and stainless steel lasts longer and rotates better. Roam leashes all use Stainless Steel swivels.

Roam leashes also use a removeable hex screw to hold the swivel in place meaning you can take a cuff or rail saver off a broken cord to keep for spares.
